Animal Messengers & Totems explores the idea that all living beings in nature carry intention, wisdom, and meaning. This class introduces participants to the symbolic language of animals and the ways animals appear as messengers, teachers, protectors, and mirrors throughout our journey.

Animals may show up through everyday encounters, repeated sightings, dreams, memories, or intuitive moments, each carrying insight connected to our emotional, spiritual, and personal journeys. Through lecture, quiet reflection, journaling or writing and guided meditation, participants will begin to recognize how animal symbolism can support awareness, healing, and spiritual growth.

This class gently awakens participants to their Animal Spirit Totem; teaches respectful ways to interpret animal symbolism; and emphasizes honoring all living things not as tools—but as conscious beings with purpose and value.
