Together, in this 90-minute sessions, we will explore the "magic" of  words in creating our realities with a focus on the relationship between  what we tell ourselves about ourselves, others, and the world and the  energies, circumstances, and people that we attract into our lives.

We  will practice the art of "reframing"  as a tool for breaking old  patterns that may challenge our ability to make creatyve change in our  lives and to communicate with others in ways that are productive and  affirming.   The session will include a brief guided Tarot meditation,  journaling, Affirmation work, and goal setting, Each participant will  leave with a simple goal and action plan designed for their specific  needs.
