Together in this 90 minute workshop we will focus on ways in which our physical space impacts our spiritual and psychological states of being.  We will focus on general issues of body, mind, spirit self care, create specific goal and action plans to address individual needs, and explore ways of creating Sacred Space in our every day home and work worlds.
