No matter our age, taking care of our womb is critical for our comfort, pleasure, emotional and physical wellbeing. In this class we will work with local herbs, ancient remedies and rituals to support womb health. These remedies strengthen the uterus, allow our juices to flow and nourish the delicate tissues of our cervix, vulva and vagina. They help reduce pain, prevent infections, enhance pleasure and connection to our bodies.  This is a beginner's hands-on herbal workshop, no previous experience is required.
