Many cultures view the menstrual cycle as the sacred embodiment of our relationship with the Earth. Through the cycle of creation, growth, destruction and renewal women hold a sacred relationship with the Moon reflected in the wisdom of our menstrual cycle. Our blood is the sacred manifestation of our creative energy and the source of our wisdom. In this class we learn how to welcome and engage with each part of our menstrual cycle and unearth the powerful wisdom of the “blood mysteries”.    ​
